Good game but

Ive played this game in the past. I had lost my account, it recently started back up again. I enjoy the simplicity of it and have gotten a lot of fun out of this game. The biggest problem I have is that whenever I reopen the game after a few hours it will at first display the game as normal, then after maybe 30 seconds display the little processing spinning wheel. Ive tried to wait for it to process, but then customers start coming in. If I have not been able to serve the food (due to accepting gifts or fulfilling material requests), the customers leave and drive down my rating. Ive tried waiting it out, the longest Ive waited got my rating down to 50 from 100. The only thing I can do is completely quit the app and reload.

I feel like it would be a minor fix for a major problem. This happens every single time I try to play, which for a game that can require you to log in many times a day is ridiculous.
